The Geeveston RSL Club offers overnight camping for fully self-contained vehicles on a large grassed, level camping area with basic facilities. The Geeveston RSL is located on Memorial Drive Geeveston, and within easy walking distance of the Geeveston township. The Geeveston RSL Club offers a range of beverages that you can sit at the bar and enjoy or buy to take away. The RV friendly campground is for self-contained campers only, camping in tents is not permitted. The Geeveston RSL Club  has very basic facilities that include toilets, drinking-water, and picnic tables. Fire pits are available and wheelbarrow loads of wood are available for purchase at $10. Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times and under control and and cleaned up after. Visitors must check in at the RSL Club after 3pm daily. The cost is $10 per night with the 4th night free. All sites are unpowered.

Geeveston features specialty shops and eateries; the main street features hand-carved timber sculptures of famous locals. Located closed to Geeveston is the popular tourist attraction the Tahune Airwalk, that features treetop walkways and views across the Picton and Huon Rivers. Be sure to visit the nearby Hartz Mountains National Park where you will find great walks and spectacular scenery - please note a National Parks Pass is required.
