Camping at Lake St Clair is provided by a private operator, however, please note that National Park Fees still apply. The camping sites overlook Lake St Clair with both powered and unpowered sites offering shelter from the sun and wind by native trees. Camping amenities at Lake St Clair include a guest laundry and shower facilities. You also have access to the Lakeside bar, cafe, and bistro. The on-site store is also stocked with groceries, toiletries, cold drinks, souvenirs, basic camping, and fishing equipment. Powered and unpowered sites are available. Campers, please note that if booking un-powered sites, due to the Wilderness protection measures of this area, these sites have not been leveled so uneven ground can be expected. Powered sites are large enough to park a small or medium size caravan, however, this campground at Lake St Clair is not suitable for large vehicles. See free camping-lake-st-clair. There are Bunkhouses at the Lake St Clair Tourist Park that provide basic accommodation in keeping with the type of timber huts found on the Overland Track. These are popular with backpackers and hikers looking for basic accommodation.
