The second is located approximately 17 kilometres north of the Melton Mowbray turnoff (off the A5) where you will find a large shady roadside parking area on the left-hand side of the road if driving towards Hobart. There is a nice park immediately opposite where you will find a barbecue and picnic tables. Dogs are OK at the camping area but are not allowed in the park. There is also visitor information at the park, and it is only a short walk to a shop and hotel serving counter meals 7 days per week.
