Camping is welcome at the Rocky Cape Tavern & Caravan Park, which is located at 19375 Bass Highway, Rocky Cape, Tasmania 7321, and close to the Rocky Cape National Park. Unpowered sites are $5 per night, and there is a $5 fee per person for the use of toilets and showers; powered sites are $15 per night plus $5 per person for toilets and showers. There is also a $10 refundable key deposit to use the facilities. If camping in a fully self-contained campervan, there is no need to pay for the use of facilities. There is limited shade at the Rocky Cape camping area, but the area is large, flat, and well-grassed, and an excellent low-cost camping option on the far North-West Coast of Tasmania. This campground is located on the grounds of the Rocky Cape Tavern, alongside the Bass Highway, and is close to the Rocky Cape National Park. It is a large camping area - you can enjoy a counter meal at the Rocky Cape Tavern, which also has a bar and bottle shop.
