campbell town Campground tasmania free overnight stop

The free overnight roadstop stop camping area at Campbell Town in Central Tasmania is a great place to stop. And whilst there are no facilities at the stop itself, it is only a very short walk to all services including toilets, a supermarket, cafes, newsagent and a local pub that serves great counter meals. This is a large grassed area that is capable of accommodating many caravans, campervans, motorhomes and big rigs. Please note tent based camping is strictly not allowed, and the area is monitored by the local council.
